Cat weed on my bed

Olive is my first cat (a rescue). I've had her for two months and she's never had an accident. Did her number two her tray this morning but no wee then several hours later did it on my bed.

Any suggestion why this may have suddenly happened? I admit I haven't given the tray a thorough clean for some weeks, but have changed the litter daily (now cleaned!).

Would like to avoid any further such incidents would appreciate some insight

I'd be worried about cystitis. Was it a big wee? Any watch carefully for any odd litter tray behaviour.

Failing that then a second tray is always a good idea and of course keep them clean. And for a while I would keep her out of the bedroom.
