Cat attacking other cat

We have 3 cats and two ddogs. Cats aged 11,12 and 19. The 11 yo keeps viscously attacking our 19 yo. What can we do apart from rehome the younger cat? We've had enough of seeing our old boy attacked.

How long have you had them all, and is this a recent change in behaviour or something that's been going on for a long time?

Are all the cats neutered?
Do any of them have health issues?

bumping to knock all the cat pee threads off the front page.

Bump. I wish I could also advise but I just don't know the answer. I suppose rehoming would be the ideal solution but it really isn't that easy - particularly for an 11 year old. Is there anyway they can be separated for most of the time?
