She was meowing at my mum. This is huge progress for her! The look of disappointment on her face when she didn't produce treats was a picture. (Treats were swiftly produced) don't know why I'm posting really! She's really coming out of her self! She was also trying to get some of my friends baked beans last week!

Does she miaow when your alone?.

She does a bit. She never does it to visitors. She was having a proper (quiet) chat with her. She used to be completely mute.

She must have come to the conclusion that your mum is a friend.

It took my cat nearly 7 years to sit on dhs lap, we were already together when we got him.
