Cat litter problem.

It is not a major issue but the cat litter we use is absorbing moisture from the room and isn't working at is usually would, we use clumping litter but its not clumping anymore. My cat isn't impressed and isn't burying.

Can anyone recommend a good cat litter that might work better. I have been considering a hooded one but not sure how she would react to it.

I use Sainsbury's Clumping litter, and it's usually pretty good, but sometimes different batches clump better than others IYSWIM. It can also depend on how damp the room is, how quickly you scoop after the wee (needs a few minutes to harden) and also where the bag of litter has been stored before use.

I use Okoplus Cat’s Best litter which is a natural corn-based litter I think, it clumps nicely and excellent on odour control. I scoop poops to chuck down the loo and wees/old litter can go on the compost heap. Scoop twice daily and change the whole thing weekly, and it works very well.
