So the vet says Polly the cat has an allergy, she has taken huge lumps out of her fur leaving red sore patches, For the last few months she has refused to go outside during the day, but is happy to sit on the doormat by an open door (we assumed she had been attacked by nesting magpies, hence her reluctance to go in the garden during the day).
Her diet hasn't changed at all, it isn't a flea allergy.
Trying to get her to take steroids is a whole other thread (everything has been tried)
Any ideas has your cat had a similar problem??
