Hi my cat went missing from my dads house around 4 days ago, he's ten years old in human years never ever run away before usually always in the back garden.
What makes me worry is that before he left he'd been acting funny for a few hours refusing to eat and growling if anyone went near, this cat is so soppy we didn't even know he knew how to bloody growl he's such a loving cat. We thought he wasn't eating as it was hot and he's a Norwegian forest cat so very hairy and large. I'm wondering now if he's gone to die somewhere as I read they know when it happens. I've tried posters, Facebook lost and found groups but nothing.

I'm afraid in your shoes I'd be worried too. I hope we're wrong. Can you ask neighbours if you can rummage around in their gardens. You need to look under bushes etc

@thecatneuterer it's horrible isn't it and everywhere's been checked I did wonder if he's been locked in maybe the school round the corner as that closed this week same day he's been missing but no sign of him around there. It's a shame he's a really lovely cat loves kids and just eating he loves Quavers and wotsits and just having a snooze couldn't ask for a better cat Sad

Oh OP, I’m so sorry.

Cats know when they’re poorly don’t they? But it must be such a shock for you Flowers
