I love animals having ‘people names’ and need some suggestions for a female. Anything amusing or out there welcome!

Loving Lorraine and Yvonne!

It should be titled and preferably have a double barrelled surname. For example: Lady Penelope Fluffkin-Tiddles. Or you could chose an every day name, but register a full name at the vets. I.e Camilla, but at the vets Camilla Parker-Bowles (just for the fun of having the vet call her through to the examination room).

My cat is called Nigel

mrscee · 27/07/2019 19:14

Obviously it could be changed to nigella

madcatladyforever · 27/07/2019 19:15

Ginger cat should always be Dave.

Iambouddica · 27/07/2019 19:16

Ursula, Margo, Florence, Felicity

PixieLumos · 27/07/2019 19:16

Hermione.

Disfordarkchocolate · 27/07/2019 19:17

Susan (Calman) - as she gives her cats such good names she deserves to have a cat or two named after her.

hipposarerad · 27/07/2019 19:18

Dennis, Philip, Terry, Martha, Tabitha, Susan.

I've had a Todd and currently have a Jimmy.

DP once had a cat called Fred, but apparently his full name was Fearless Fred

TooManyButtons · 27/07/2019 19:20

My next cat will be called Gladys. I've got a Maureen already

Kenworthington · 27/07/2019 19:20

I have a boy cat called Colin.

I would name Colin’s sister (if he had one) Linda or Brenda.

catofdoom · 27/07/2019 19:22

My Dave is a ginger cat. But I just thought he looked like a Dave. Why should he be @madcatladyforever ?

MrsMoggy · 27/07/2019 19:24

My cats all have human names. Nora, Alice and Arthur

humblebumblebees · 27/07/2019 19:27

Myrtle.

Rhymes with Purrtyle Grin

catofdoom · 27/07/2019 19:28

He's a stupid, fat wanker but we love him dearly. He couldn't be anything but a Dave.

Elliemayclampett · 27/07/2019 19:30

Mine is called Iris. Named by the rescue centre and we kept it. They name each batch of kittens alphabetically. Her brother was called Ian . Smile

ThatCurlyGirl · 27/07/2019 19:55

Our mate had a bunny called Keith.

😂 🐰

sohypnotic · 27/07/2019 20:45

piperatthegates · 27/07/2019 20:53

My girl is called Mia

hipposarerad · 27/07/2019 20:55

Oh female. Oops.

I had a cat called Jezebel. I also think Jemima is nice.

expatinspain · 27/07/2019 20:57

My cats were called Leia and Matilda, which I think are gorgeous names. My mates cat was called Dave, which is a pretty cool name for a cat!

Vinorosso74 · 27/07/2019 21:33

I wanted to give our boy cat a human name but was vetoed by DP and DD. He still has the festive themed name CP gave him (not Santa). Actually Nicholas or Nick for a boy would work; Nicky for a girl
I came on to suggest Joan or Hilda to go with the old lady names. I recently met a cat called Louise which is also a good option.
