Can anyone identify this breed?

I see this cat everyday in my lunchtime walk and it’s the sweetest thing, and just gorgeous.

I’m wondering if anyone can identify possible breed from photos? It has a ring striped tail like a raccoon which I’ve tried to capture and gorgeous blank ringed eyes!

Is a burmilla a Burmese crossed with a Chinchilla Persian? If so I'd agree. Definitely some chinchilla in there somewhere.

Im definitely thinking of it yes- my DH and I are looking to sell our flat and buy a house this year, and once in we would love a cat. We had our eyes on a rag doll but this one has lower maintenance fur!
