Arthritis?

I’ll be booking my puss an appointment at the vet ASAP, like w/c 8th July.

In the meantime, she doesn’t seem in pain but presents with a vague limp in and off, I’d say every few weeks but only for hours at a time then nothing noticeable until another few weeks time. It’s only been tonight DH and I have noticed it at vaguely the same time but our opinions are that it’s in different legs!

Googling there won’t be much vet can do for arthritis and if it is that we should maybe look at supplements.

If anyone has any information/advice I’d be so grateful.

She is approx 15y/o, petite, has never been overweight, if anything she is underweight but I can weigh her if helpful. She is on a 100% grain free feed approx 40g a day and has a bit of scrambled egg or a tray of Sheba probably once a week.

One of mine occasionally limos when she starts walking. I give her salmon oil and it's stopped.

Ours does this when he’s jumped off something high.

Mine doesn't look in pain but occasionally looks a bit slow and every so often slightly misses a jump.

Vet examined her and she did yelp at certain presses up her back, Sad vet has her on gabappentin 3 times a day (was 2)

I should add though she has other health things going on too so it may be different for other cats.
