Advice about cat poo please?

Strange title I know, but wonder if anyone can advise?

My SN son lives in a little house of his own with carers going in, and there's an issue with cats pooing on his (artificial) lawn. Thing is, I'm not comfortable with him having to handle it and it's not a fair job to ask the carers to take on either

I wondered if there's anything I can get - a spray or anything else - which could be put on the waste to break it down quickly so it just gets rained into the "grass"? I can't find anything online, but though some of the experts on here might have some ideas?

Could they set up a motion activated sprinkler or something to try to stop it doing it in the first place. Use a long handled poop scoop thing with bags?

I haven’t heard of anything like that, I think Pixies pooper scooper idea is the way to go.
