Can we replace the cat flap in our glazed door?

Our microchip cat flap seems to have given up and our girl seems to be being terrorized by a new cat recently moved in.
I paid £200 to have a new pane of glass with the cat flap in, does anyone know if I can just replace the cat flap? I've googled but don't seem to be finding the answer!
Thanks

Yes you can. The holes are standard (well, more or less - unless it's an extra large flap for example) and you can just take one out and put another one in in a matter of minutes.

Yes, just choose one of the same size. If it's a SureFlap, call their customer service, they are excellent at helping with any issues with their products.

Ah that's brilliant, thank you - I actually managed to get it working thank goodness but it's good to know for when it does give up. It's a sure flap one so it's good to know I can call them if I need to.
Thank You Smile

Have you tried setting it up from scratch again?
