Steroids and hunger

Ollie has had his usual steroid jab but my god he is HANGRY
He's had 4 (small) tins today of almo nature plus unlimited dry plus stole some scrambled eggs and baked beans and I can't glance towards the kitchen without him running in and howling at me
Can I just keep feeding him, given he's lean anyway? I'm slightly concerned he's eyeing me up to eat Blush
