Boy or girl?

Is anyone willing to take a look at a not very good photo and give me an idea of whether our kitten is a girl or if she is in fact a boy? First time having a cat but I'm not sure she really is a girl.

If testicles appear it’s a boy, how old is he/she?. Our cousins cat was thought to be a girl until two balls popped out of his nethers.

She's four months and although sold as a girl we're pretty sure she's actually a he. I tried for a better pic but she was having none of it. Thank you all for replying, it pretty much just confirmed what I thought.

Boys are cheaper to neuter though, and very loving once done.
