Cheaper alternative to Thrive wet food?

Anyone have any recommendations?

I made the error of giving my two Thrive wet when I went away for a few days ( feeling guilty). Of course they are now refusing any other food. It’s so expensive though. Just wondered if anyone had found something similar but cheaper ( appreciate hope probably in vain ...)

Sainsbury's do a luxury own brand and the little tins are very similar to Thrive. Watch out though as a lot of the similar foods aren't complete.

It's called Sainsbury's Delicious Recipes and is in black and gold packaging.

Thanks! Will give it a try. They do have complete biscuits as well

Yes they do grain free biscuits much cheaper. Be careful of the tins as they are quite saucy mine prefer the sachets. Even then, i still have to give them the odd savoury cake or Felix as i think they get bored.

Lol Each, my old boy needs every meal to taste 'new' so we have to cycle though a huge range, but I have been impressed with the Sainsbury's range.

I have a similar cat who refuses anything that isn’t shredded meat. Tonight I have tried her with Blink and she has demolished it! On their Facebook page they are doing a trial box for £1, after that it is £25 for 28 which is a little cheaper than Thrive I think?

My cat also likes Applaws and Cosma which are cheaper bought in bulk from Zooplus although they aren’t complete. She will eat the fish Hilife but it makes her sick, she won’t touch the chicken. I have also bought a few of the Sainsburys sachets to try.

I tried the Sainsbury’s one - think it is very rich and the poor cat had the runs - even though I introduced it gradually.

I think the one in the sachets is blander
