You'd expect an elderly and slightly frail cat to be somewhat standoffish with a stranger but she immediately walked onto my lap. She adopted me within minutes of my arrival. Or maybe she identified a willing minion

And here's her housemate. He has absolutely no use for me except to feed him. He's as massive as she's dainty, as flooofy as she's silky and as stand-offish as she's cuddly.

I love cats. I miss having one.
