Locking bin

My cat has decided that his new favourite pastime is "attack the bin". We've got one of those ones where you need to push down on the lid to pop it open, and he's figured out that he can jump on top of it then jump off to open it. He can also stand on his back leg and nose / paw the entire lid off!

Does anyone have any recommendations for a bin with a lid that clips down? Does such a thing even exist, and if not, how does everyone else manage?

(The only thing in the bin right now is celery. Very important - according to him - celery.)

Brabantia do a bin you attach to the inside of of a cupboard door, it’s about 15l capacity but I empty it every night anyway.
