Hi

I took my cat into the vets today and they said she might need some work done and was she insured. She is, but I checked the documents and it has my old house address on it (I moved house three years ago).

Should I ring Animal Friends (who I am insured with) and tell them about my updated address? Or should I wait and make the claim if I need to. I don't want them to say my change of address invalidates insurance.

Thanks

Check the small print but not likely to invalidate it as it's not rated on where you live at all.

They've always been great for my claims.

Thank you - it does say this Confused so not sure? What do you think? I don't want to tell them/not tell them and then it messes up my claim. I'm not even sure if I'll claim yet. Also the vet told me because it could be a dental problem rather than her jaw, my insurance might not even co her her anyway! Nightmare!
