Cat super fussy

We have two cats, almost a year old.

One eats everything, the other (male) is super fussy.

As kittens they ate wet animonda carny from zooplus, plus a tiny bit dry applaws kitten food.

Now they are older, they have applaws dry adult, and go knows what to try wet food.

Cat 1- female, will still eat animonda carny wet food, adult. Plus the 101 samples of all the other brands we have tried. Plus munches on the dry whenever she fanices.

Cat 2 - male, wont eat the animonda carny any more. he eats the dry applaws but seems like hardly any in comparison the his sister. So im worried hes going to starve himself.
Will eat fresh chicken and fish if we have any spare, but we usually only occaionally if leftovers. Live overseas, so not all brands the same, but have ordered any tried most of zooplus.
The only luck was 'sheba, craft' which is sold in one place about 20km away or online only and costs a small fortune for something probably not that healthy.
Doesn't seem to like anything in jelly or or regular chunks in sauce or pate type, only fillet in sauce...

Its getting slightly ridiculous. If he ate more dry i wouldnt mind as much, but although its out unlimted i dont think he eats much. We are travelling at the end of the month and have cat sitters staying here 2 weeks, Im hoping to find something he will just eat easily before then.

Have you tried Bozita from ZooPlus in the tetrapaks? Or maybe Cosma, Encore or Thrive, they are very much like just pure cooked chicken or fish?

Thank you.
Encore - this isnt available on zooplus.de
Cosma and thrive - havent tried yet as frankly its a bit more expensive that I really can afford regularly. Hoping for something around 5-8 euro per kg range if possible. They do eat the cosma freeze dried snacks though as bribes to come in at night...
Bozita - this is on my next order. although slightly annoyingly they only come in fairly large packets if he doesn't eat. Are these also more flakes meat type?

Im trying to avoid whiskers/ felix type as I thought it wasnt great quality? I did try the cheap aldi range on the off chance they only liked cheap and chearful, but neither would tough that either.

I have a rather large collection to donate to the local vets

Encore is the supermarket version of Applaws - have you tried that? Cosma Nature is the same and half the price - the tins seem to have more packed in too even though they weigh the same Confused. I feel your pain, I have the exact same issue and these are the only things she will eat. She would reluctantly eat HiLife fish but it makes her vomit so I just stick to Cosma and Applaws now. What makes all this even harder is that she appears to also be intolerant to most of the dry foods I’ve tried Sad
