Does deworming make them pop on my rug?

Bloody hell. I only dewormed on a whim they hardly go out for long and don’t hunt. I was surprised they ate the powder so easily. When I got up at 5am one of them had done a massive poo on the cream rug, they have two trays which I cleaned yesterday. Does the powder make them go urgently? How often should I be doing it? I’m used to the three in one flea treatment from the vets but I thought I’d try Advantage instead.

I deepened my pair yesterday. No poo problems usually!

How often do you do it?

They have milbemax so it's o my 3 monthly. If I remember. They are indoor cats so don't go out much. So I don't worry to much as they also don't hunt.

I use profender from the vet every 6 months. It's a spot on treatment. Doesn't make them poo

Is advantage not a flea treatment?

Yes imeant to say i normally use a two in one from the vets but Ive decided to use Advantage for the fleas as Ive heard good things and its only £9 for four months and i bought worm powder. Im not sure how often they are supposed to have it, they arent hunters.

Wormer would normally be 3 monthly. Ours are done every 6 months with profender wormer as the stronghold plus flea treatment also covers some worms

I depends what product you used and older over the counter product yes as it will be a paralyse and purge.
A modern product like milbemax or profender no as they are kill and pass in normal faeces.
