Best durable feather toy

Has anyone got any recommendations for very, very durable cat feather toys? My 10-month old Maine Coon loves anything on a piece of string, but especially feathers. However, he goes for them so energetically that they're destroyed within a day or two. The worrying thing is he actually eats them, string and feathers and all. We're paranoid about not leaving them anywhere he can get at when we're out, but he's still munched his way through every feather toy the petshop offers.

Does anyone have any recommendations for feather toys that are super-durable? Dog toys are tough enough, but they don't have the feathers he likes!

I don’t know about on a string type toys but we just bought this for our destroyer cat and it’s been the only toy that hasn’t been wrecked within minutes.
Three weeks and going strong.

Have you tried Da Bird? Dcat is like yours, obsessed with feathers and chews them to pieces but the Da Bird is still going, albeit all stiff now from all the chewing! We don’t leave her alone with it

Posted too soon!

We only give it to her under supervision though otherwise I fear it would be in her stomach by now!
