We are moving our cats to our new house 5 hours away on Monday.
They are ex feral rescue cats. One in particular cannot be picked up. She gets superpowers if you try. She has to have a home visit vet! The vet said she is the hardest to catch in 15 years of being a vet.
The vet has given us valium. I currently have the baskets out and they are being fed inside them with no issues.
I am terrified of giving the valium because I have heard it can make them worse.
Can anyone please share their experience of giving valium?
My other problem is that they both refuse to use cat litter. They had to be let out when one had a sprained leg because they sat in front of the car flap for 48 hours...
