Kitten - what do I need

Little one due to come and stay with us soon.

I have a big litter tray with a hood but I'm aware I may need a small, lid free tray to start. I have lots of bowls (I had cats before)

I am going to pick up toys but need suggestions of kind and type?

Also bed... My previous cats didn't like them but this kitten uses his mums at the moment so think he'll take one. Again, any suggestions?

Food etc will be sorted once he is with us.

Any other suggestions? Obviously looking for budget friendly but happy to pay for quality.

Ours love these spring toys

They roll very easily so they get batted around and chased. A laser pointer is endless fun too if you can get them in the UK.

Ours have heated beds that they adore. The brand doesn't seem to be on Amazon UK but I did see this:

Enjoy your flying fur ball!

Unless he is tiny (under 7 weeks or so), he should be fine with the litter tray you have, maybe just take the door off it if it has one.

Balls of any type are always good fun for chasing and running after. Also dangly toys and a laser pointer for interactive play.

Maybe a small cat tree/tower if your budget stretches to one, kittens love climbing (and it has scratching posts).

Another kitten obviously.....

Haha I'd love another kitten, I'd take the whole litter... If I could...

We have a cat climbing frame, a old one that's used. It's been cleaned up so going to see if kitty takes to it, if not then we will chuck it and get a new one.

So far I have purchased two cat beds, some cat nip ball toys, kitten chew sticks (never even knew they were a thing...) and some dangly toys.
