The fireworks woke me up around midnight and Cheddar was sat on my arm so I couldn't move to check the time.

Happy New Year! Mine did not like the fireworks (which started at 9pm )
He has a safe space under the futon upstairs. He had a turkey/cranberry Webbox treat as consolation and there doesn't seem to be any lasting damage today

Mine has been pleading with us not to take the Xmas decorations down! Here he is giving DH the evil eye as he took the last garland down from the bannister.
