Our lovely 3 month old kitten wants to eat my house plants. I like my house plants 😂 any suggestions on how I can stop her? Thanks

Keep them up higher than she can jump?

InProgress · 03/12/2018 21:52

She may have a fur ball she needs to bring up. Maybe bring some grass in for her to chew instead?

They are on a shelf she can climb to. I'll see if I can have a rearrange of shelves.
I'll also get her some grass.
Thank you ladies :)

You can maje kitty a little cat herb garden which you can find on pinterest or buy catgrass from a pet shop and grow it in a bowl for her. Cats need the roughage.

Have a check of what she has been nibbling, some plants are really not good for cats

Some are buggers ime, our first two were fine and never bothered plants, although one did nip all thechillies off a plant I grew from seed!

current two cats are okay with houseplants, but just will not leave alone any flowers I bring in!

I've moved the plants to a room kitten currently can't go in and I had no idea they took up so much space 😂

They might also be interesting playthings? Mine only attacks the spider plant, because it has dangly bits, and long thin leaves that can be carried around. Spider plant is hanging on in there, but looking quite battered...

My cats used to do this. Took a lot of telling off until they grew put of it. (3 months)
