New kittens will be here in an hour (ish)!!!!

We are setting off in 15 minutes to go and collect our two new kittens. We have had cats in the past but never 2 kittens!
We are really prepared, have everything set up for them but I am so nervous!
What’s the best way to introduce them to their new surroundings? We have their trays in a cupboard under the stairs so were going to keep that open for them and just let them have the living room/hallway for now then go room by room as they settle.
Why am I suddenly sh*ing myself?!

We just opened the cat carriers in the living room and let them explore. We let them explore the kitchen and living room to start with and they were confined to the kitchen overnight for the first few months. Litter tray was in the kitchen as it has a wipeable floor

They are here and they are fine! Bobinsky (marbled one) is super loving and has been fast asleep on me already. Pietro the black one has just been wandering about adventuring, he has found the tray himself and been on it

Oh my life they are gorgeous. Enjoy the little time - they get so big so fast. They never lose the cuteness though!

They had a snooze under the sofa now they are running riot again. They are obsessed with the Christmas tree, I was hoping they wouldn’t be too bothered with it as it was up when they arrived but I was wrong of course

I love your kittens!

They are currently snoozing after a mad hour running around like lunatics. They’ve had their breakfast and they’ve both used the tray (Pietro tried going behind the front door so I picked him up and ran with him to the tray lol) and they’ve both learned where it is now so that’s good

Oh I am completely and utterly jealous. They are beautiful. 😻

They are going to have such happy lives. xxx
