For anyone that might remember we adopted a feline chap about 10 months ago and he is certainly a character!! Im new to cat/slave ownership but i wondered if anyone's cats eating habits change with the seasons?
I only ask because when we adopted dcat he was supposed to be eating 1 pouch morning and night (but have subsequently over time learnt he was regularly conning food out the local shop!!!) Over the summer hes eaten 2 pouches morning and night and has always been after more but stayed skinny (to the point i nearly had him back to the vet to check his thyroid.)
Recently hes been less active and back down to just about eating 2 pouches a day.
Dcat is an older fella but clearly dislikes being out in the cold (in the summer we barely saw him)
I'd just like to check that this is normal :) dcat seems happy and generally well and is fleaed and wormed as the norm
