Change in behaviour

We have a beautiful 9-10 month old (teenager) tabby kitten. Ever since she had her jabs & was neutered she loved going outside - would rush out every morning & return briefly for feeding before going out again. Recently she has become very reluctant to go out, much preferring to sleep the day away.
She is eating well, as friendly as before & not showing any aggressive signs (thinking pain).
Is it just the cold weather? Have I got a cat who hates winter or should I be concerned?
Thanks!

I'd say there's a reasonable chance it's the cold weather. My two are nearly eight months and they've been out less the last couple of days. If she is acting the same as normal in every other respect, I'd just keep an eye on her for a few days.

Has another cat got into the garden, maybe she just prefers the warm and cosy house.

I think it's pretty normal cats go out less in the winter months than during the lovely, sunny days in the summer. Who wouldn't want to snooze on the sofa when it's drizzly, windy and cold?

That's really reassuring that's its normal cat behaviour. She is asleep again upstairs now.
She must have mastered the art of the quick poo when she does go out as there's been nothing in her litter tray for a few weeks !
