Cat allergic to flea treatment

Hi, my cat has got fleas and I need to treat her.
Last time I tried a spot on and she had a bad reaction. She also absolutely hates flea collars.

Are there any kind of kinder treatments to use or do I just need to take her to the vet for advice?

Which spot on did you use? The ones from supermarkets are rubbish and shouldn't be used.

Best to call your vet to get one of the prescription only treatments. You may not need to take your cat in, depends when they have last seen her.
