Cat and litter tray

I have 2 cats one male one female.
The female has since we moved house started to be strange with the litter trays. When we do a full litter change for the first day shes in and out of the litter trays both of them peeing. She doesnt do it after the first 24 hours. Only when the litters new. Her behaviour is normal otherwise has no other symptoms and she's out and about as normal. She started to do this when we moved in here 3 months ago. Do you think she links the new litter in to stress of moving?

My female cat won't use a litter tray after my tomcat has used it. I don't know if it smells strongly to her, but it must be cleaned out immediately, especially if soiled.

They won't eat or drink out of the same bowl either.

Maybe just making it smell right rather than just of clean litter. Like marking territory

I thought maybe marking territory. Since the female has been doing this thw male no longer uses the trays and goes outside.
