What can we do?

For the fourth time a neighbours cat has hurt mine. He doesn't need the vet but has on a previous occasion. My cat is a rescue and a lovely boy. NC is newer and a little git. The humans are not reasonable people so I won't be speaking to them. Self defence classes for cats?! Sad

No advice sorry, just wanted to send loving cat thoughts.

Do you know if other cat is neutered?

Horrible when your cat is getting bullied though!

I know nothing about the cat other than it looks younger than mine and came after mine. Mine is neutered.

I don't have a solution, but wanted to give you my sympathies it's a horrible situation to be in.

When similar happened to us, we started keeping our cat in overnight. After a couple of months the other cat seemed to lose interest slightly.

It would distress him to be locked in but then he must be scared at being beaten up. Argh.
