Cat peeing next to the litter tray

We’ve adopted our cat about a fortnight again and she’s settled in really well. Except... she suddenly started peeing right next to the litter tray. She still poos in the tray thankfully! But no idea why she’s doing this or how to get her to stop. We’ve made sure the litter tray is clean and changed regularly. Help!

Get a really big one and take every soiled bit out as soon as shes been. Its either not big enough or not clean enough for her. Cats are fastidious and some wont go twice in a tray.

Also place the tray on a big plastic mat.

Some cats like separate trays, maybe that's what she is used to but agree to put tray on a plastic mat and clean poo as soon as you see it.
