Does anyone else put up with this?

A 3 seater sofa and I’m huddled in the corner.

Awww. Fantastic! I do too at times - until I get fed up and reassert my authority (ha!).

They're hedonistic, demanding, selfish sods aren't they? Part of their appeal.

Our dcat chooses the WORST places to sleep.

We spent ten hours in a car driving from Germany to the UK. DD (9) and cat (10 ) in the back seat. Every half an hour there would be a plaintive "muuummmm he's taking all the room again". DD had half an arse cheek on the seat and was jammed up against the door and cat was stretched out like he owned the seat. Cue me trying to reach into the back seat and haul cat back onto his half of the bloody seat.

Ten. Hours.

Mine respond (reluctantly) to 'Mummy wants to sit there'.

I have zero compunction about moving them. DP just stares at me in disbelief and asks "How could you!". I gesture at the cat in its new position, already curled up asleep again...

I lie on the edge of the bed with about 6" room

Ernie lies stretched out on the res of the king size bed.

I have been known to get out and have to get in the other side

Unfortunately I have this problem. He also thinks the armchair is his and his alone, spreads out on the kitchen work tops and owns the biggest portion of the bed. We have attempted to stop all of this to no avail.

Haha!! Another one here who rules the roost! I'm terrible, I give in so easily & just lie there motionless 😂😂😂

Oh yes, please note my right leg doesn’t even get sofa space! But I love her so much I don’t care I’m uncomfortable, I’ve only had her 1 month 😺
