How dangerous is cats poo to children?

Basically there is always a cat in DS’s school grounds. It lives next door. I have seen it poo a few times in the school grounds. I don’t want to sound like a busy body but I always let the school know as wouldn’t like little ones to fall in it.

DD loves cats. The cat was on the grass whilst waiting for DS. She was running around with behind it. The cat loves children. DD decided to sit on the grass near the cat. I went over to pick her up so she doesn’t get a wet bottom and the cat started taking a s**t in front of my daughter. By the time I got there the cat had finished. DD was shouting poo poo poo disgustingly looking at it.

I’m pretty sure DD didn’t touch it but can’t help worrying that she did. I couldn’t wash her hands at the time but we were home 5-10 mins later and I scrubbed her hands...
