Cat bleeding

I’ve noticed moderate amounts of fresh blood from my one year old cat ? Could this be a period ? She hasn’t been spayed due to be done next week. Have kept her in but she has on one occasion got out and was gone for a few hours... could she be pregnant ?

I don't think cats get periods like we do and they don't spot like we do. Has he been displaying signs of being in heat? Maybe she went out as a result of that? I'd still talk to the vets though if it's moderate.

Where is the blood coming from?

Wolfiefan · 08/09/2018 18:58

Vets. ASAP. An unneutered cat shouldn't be going out at all.

She’s eating more ! But then she is a growing cat. She is purring a lot argh she could be pregnant !

Call the vet because it could be a uti.

If she is pg they can still spay and abort.
