Prescription Food

Any recommendations on where to get it from? Sparklingcat apparently has the early signs of kidney failure and has to have special food. (as well as her Overactive thyroid-sigh)

I don't think the vets is the cheapest place to get it from by a long way.

It's Purina ProPlan Veterinary Diets NF Renal Function 10x85g pouches. Have had a Google and it seems widely available but just wondered if anyone had any websites to recommend.

Feeling a bit gloomy about it all TBH.

Do they sell it on zooplus?

Sparklingbrook · 02/09/2018 16:43

Will have a look. Thanks!

We buy Harry's food and Ipakitine from Fetch. The Ipakitine is about half the price of getting it from the vet and they usually have his food slightly cheaper as well.

Another vote for fetch!

Sparklingbrook · 02/09/2018 16:56

Thanks! Zooplus don't do it, will have a look at Fetch.

Fetch have it, and already it's £2 cheaper than the vets.

She has about 4 pouches of Felix a day currently and she can only have 2 pouches of the prescription stuff.
