Been in bed on and off all day with bad stomach and headache.
All day this little girl has kept me company but I did wake up to this slightly worried look! Who says cats don't feel love?

No I staggered to the kitchen and put out the dinner.....held my breath lol salmon chunks not nice to deal with in a nausea situation . Nobody else home

Can you ask your doctor to prescribe a triptan OP - I suffer from migraine and it's made a huge difference to me.

Wowfudge I could try. I have to be careful what I take won't interact with on going medication though.
It's been very bad in the hot humid weather. I m praying for Autumn (and long cosy snuggles with little Ellie here).

There are also preventatives - there may be something suitable. I spent years suffering and just thinking I had 'bad headaches'. It was only when I was laid low for 72 hours that I went to the doctor's about it and was diagnosed.

It's eased off now. I have had ones where I just have to collapse and sleep. Scared my son as I couldn't talk properly or co ordinate. It's like being drunk but without the fun bit.
