Which is better Felliway or Pet Remedy?

Depressed and possibly stressed cat due to his partner in crime passing away. Vet suggested one of the above - does anyone have views on which is more effective? And are you supposed to put them all over the house? Thanks.

Pet remedy has been more effective with mine. But it does smell. It's cheaper than Feliway. However as I'm settling a new cat in I have got feliway friends downstairs and pet remedy upstairs.

Pet remedy. Hands down. I found the smell somewhat peppery. Like a natural vegetation like smell. Not horrible.

Yes. It smells of damp leaves.

Pet Remedy does have a strong smell. However it’s the one I’ve seen being used in veterinary hospitals so it must be good. I have a mix of both.
