My cats are weeds and will not hiss away other cats that invade their territory. But some of the buggers are now coming in through the cat flap Shock

Any recommendations for chip/magnet enabled flaps? TIA

ps here are my lovely girls (with poor boundaries!)

I’ve got a ‘sure flap’ - it works on the microchip so only registered cats can get in. It’s pretty quick and has allowed my cat to get in when he was chased by another. It can also be set to in/out , in only or out only

Thanks I will look that one up.

Another big vote for microchip flap. You don't want other cats coming in and unlike the magnet operated ones you don't need to worry if the cat loses its collar as the chip flap will still work. Had ours for 4 years and no problems at all. You can manually lock if required and you get a long period of warning before batteries run out each time so plenty of time to change them. Brilliant for stopping unwanted visitors and for keeping your cats feeling like their home is a safe space :)

Another vote for Sureflap here

Update- we went for Sureflap as recommended.

Works a treat! We have seen other cats try and fail to get in.
