Changing cats food

So, Little Cat is now a year old, so I want to get her to change from her kitten wet food (Felix for Kittens) to something more grown up. I bought standard Felix sachets as I thought it would be pretty similar, and she recoiled from it as if it was poison. After two days of this, she's not come down to breakfast at all. I'm going to have to go back to Felix for Kittens and gradually mix in the new stuff, aren't I?? If I end up doing that, is there anything better than Felix I should be trying to get her onto? She also eats James Wellbeloved dry so is not starving...

Perhaps try a different brand? See if there's something she likes.

Once you've got her eating adult food I would swap brands regularly so she doesn't freak if you have to give her something new.

You're supposed to do it gradually. My 2 don't like pate style which most of the decent brands are. They eat gourmet perle mostly and sometimes Sheba. They have thrive dry food too

Mine are addicted to Gourmet savoury cakes. They eat good quality grain free dry so i dont mind so much.sainsbury own brand the posh stuff goes down well and it just looks like chicken breast. They used to like Sheba then suddenly didnt. They wont go near pate style food.

Mine like gourmet solitaire - beef or duck in a tomato sauce with spinach! Expensive too

I know although the cakes are 50p i trued to buy the box but they were full of herbs and they didnt take to them at all. Dolly would live off dry food if i let her so im glad she will eat them. Theres enough in that tiny tin for two. Im sure they'll get bored soon enough.
