What’s the best product for fleas?

As the title says.
I’ve frontlined my boy but within two weeks they’re back. They’re not in/on furniture or rugs / carpet as we are not getting bitten but as a precaution I’ve treated all areas anyway.
So what do you use that works?

Frontline isn't effective. Stronghold or Advocate work-you need to get these from a vet.

I found Frontline useless and expensive.

I now use advocate which I get from my vet.

I got a tick & flea collar to use on my cat who was getting ticks in his fur a lot (we live next to woods). I got it from my vet & it's brilliant! Not seen a tick since & it works for ticks & fleas. Can't remember the exact name but your vet should be able to advise. It's £48 and lasts for 7/8 months. Good luck :)

I have a monthly subscription from pets at home for advantage which is what the vet gave me last time it's £4 a month my girl has a severe allergy to fleas and hasn't had them since I started using this. I use indorex in the house.

Stronghold. Prescription from the vet then buy online.
I’ve got two cats and used it for 10 years. The only time I saw a flea on them was my fault entirely earlier this year when I stupidly forgot to apply the monthly flea drop. Stronghold quickly sorted it again though.

We use Bravecto as it only has to be done every three months.

We use breveco as well as well, not a flea in sight x

Xxalisoncxx · 15/07/2018 18:55

Forgot to add ‘as well, only needed every 3 months x

I use stronghold plus from the vet. Frontline is said to be ineffective
