7+ cat food. Is it actually any better for them?

Just that really. I've been feeding her 7+ food but ran out and had to give her what the corner shop had. She loved it. Now I'm wondering if the 7+ stuff actually makes any difference, especially as she only seems to like the big brand pouches which I know aren't very healthy anyway.

My boys (gone now) hated the over 7 stuff. I just bought ordinary. They mostly had dry food, but got a pouch each of wet in the mornings as a treat.

Thanks, I'm guessing it doesn't do much and I don't think it's been around for too long so I'm sure many survived just fine without it.

Mine has normal wet food and senior dry food. The senior wet food is a different flavour and he didn't like it so we switched back.
