Cat bite

I was bitten by my own cat on Saturday night, he was jumping off window and got his paw stuck in the radiator grid he was bawling I went to free him he dug his teeth viciously into my forearm abs wouldn't let go he was bawling I was screaming then my son came in then cat released himself to cut a king story short I ended up with a sore swollen arm and 7 hours in A and E had blood taken a tetanus jab antibiotics by drip an X-ray in case there were teeth in my arm 3 lots of tablets 2 days off work and asking on. T arm I never knew a cat bite was so dangerous just a warning to others the cat is a lovely cat he's on my knee now but I'll be always slightly wary from now on.

One more thing the dr cert says unfit to work from 2nd to 3rd does thar mean 1 day off today or is 3rd included cause RTÉ dr said few days?

Cat bites are notorious. Hope you heal soon.
He was scared and in pain. Surely he's never done it before. He ok now?

He was fine not a bother on him no he's never ever done that he's a total pet, he only did it cause was afraid I don't think he knew he was biting me.

I once tried to clean off the back end of a semi long haired cat. She hooked me with a claw and I couldn't get her off. It bloody hurt but I think they just panic.

Dcat got stuck in the blinds when he was a kitten and was hanging upside down by one leg. As I freed him he bit my finger bloody hard. It hurt like hell and poured with blood (which at least probably got rid of any infection). That’s gratitude for you!
