Cat went on Thursday (pts) and it happened so suddenly I was completely bewildered. They said it would cost thousands and probably not work if they'd tried to keep her alive.

I don't understand all this talk about anaemia and poisoning and nodules though? Should I call them? Still very confused about her going so fast and not racing around smashing up my china

Oh no, Languid I'm so sorry. Must have missed background. Yes, do ring for your peace of mind. I'm sorry that I can't help. We all know how much you loved your lovely cat. Hugs, hugs, hugs xFlowers

Could you pop in so they don't fob you off on the phone? Flowers

Why don't you ask them to let you have their findings in writing. You can read it when you're ready and then discuss it with them. This should help to make things clearer for you. You're probably feeling bewildered and need time to come to terms with your lossFlowers

I think in the moment you cant think straight. Similar thing happened to my friend recently. You must call them or go in. Would they have taken bloods? Do you think there was some kind of poisoning in next doors house when she went on her adventure?

Im so gutted for you its just awful. You never took your eyes off her. If you get lonely please talk to us on here.

Spoken to vets, they said there were some underlying issues but because I bought an OTC treatment for her fleas (and indorex) it might have caused her anaemia.

So it is my fault. I wish I'd hung on now, I was confused about her being in pain.

Languid, they said might have. It's not a definite. Flowers
