So worried

I posted last week about my lovely Bengal having heart scan, being sedated etc. We were pleased with the relatively positive results from the cardiologist. However, on Sat morning we noticed kitty was limping on his right paw. Over the weekend it gradually got worse, spreading to the left side and resulting in him dragging his right paw. Took him back to specialist vets this morning where he is being looked at by a neurologist. He is having an ultrasound and some bloods to see if they can find anything that way. If not he will have to have an MRI scan. The cardiologist doesn’t think it’s heart/clot related but they just don’t know what it could be at this stage. I am so worried 😢

Sending you positive thoughts for a good outcome Flowers

Thanks Want. Just had call from vet and the u/s scan hasn’t revealed anything so he’s got to have an MRI tomorrow. They are keeping him overnight.

Fingers crossed. Although my first thought was a clot. But hope not. Has he been hit by a car?

Hi toddler. No not been hit by a car. He only goes out supervised in our garden. The u/s scan has ruled out an aortal clot.
