Apparently it's 'hug your cat day'

Not at all sure many cats would appreciate this!

I'll wait until he's finished his mouse then don oven gloves and other armour.

My two are tolerant for about 30 seconds. The best cuddles I get are at the vet!

I am glad I have a teddy bear like cat. every day is hug day.

What, hug Boycat even MORE? He gets at least 4 proper on the bed lying down curled up together cuddles a day at the moment, plus at least 3-4 next to me on the sofa belly rubs. Good thing I work from home now, though dunno how he will cope when work picks up a bit more...

Mine's atypically cuddly. Loves being picked up, hugged, tummy rubs, the more attention the better.

Mine live for cuddles. We get shouted at if we don't provide enough of them.

I wasn't home yesterday so am deferring hug-your-cat-day to today.

Goin to get home, give him a big squishy cuddle and bury my face in his fur and tell him I love him.

And ignore the look of distaste and the shrug of 'ugh get off me woman' when I finally put him down.

I probably wouldn't have eyes left if I tried to hug my cat.

Yet - Ollie sends a BIG hug and says he likes being squished weirdo

I'll have to check with the cat first. She is particular about when I am allowed to cuddle her. If I pick the wrong moment it's claws at dawn.
