My cat has a favourite ball that she’s carried around all the time since she was a kitten. She plays fetch with it and sleeps with it and loves it very much.

And we can’t find it!

She keeps crying for it but we can’t see it anywhere. She is looking at us like we’ve hidden it and doesn’t believe we don’t where it is.

She won’t take to other balls so I was looking to buying a replacement but can’t find one.

Does anyone know where I can get a small fluffy ball with a bell inside?

Would she accept one with a rattle instead of a ball? Although nothing is going to smell like her ball. Have you looked inside all your shoes?

Pets at Home sell them - we got some for our two at Christmas.

Teacuphiccup · 23/04/2018 21:42

Thanks taudrey but hat’s too hairy, hers is more fluffy like a Pom Pom.

We’ve looked eeeeeeeverywhere, even in the hoover. Sad

I didn’t think it would be so hard to find a replacement!

We have ones that don’t have bells but she’s not interested, and we have ones with bells but the wrong material and she won’t pick them up.

We looked in our pets at home but couldn’t find any.

More like these? These have bells and are from Petstuffgalore.

I am worried what pop ups I will get after googling "furry cat balls".

It says 3cm - can that be right? A mouse could play with that!

It's the "Trixie" cat ball.

Teacuphiccup · 23/04/2018 21:53

Yes they are exactly the right ones! Thank you so so so much, I may have just bought ten of them.

You're very welcome - and if anything can guarantee finding the original ball, ordering 10 new ones should do it!

Teacuphiccup · 23/04/2018 21:59

Haha very true.

I can imagine the look of disgust you’re going to get when you try to pass those off as HER ball :)

LapdanceShoeshine · 23/04/2018 22:04

@Tawdrylocalbrouhaha

3cm, not 3mm Grin

LapdanceShoeshine · 23/04/2018 22:05

I’m glad you’ve found the right ball, OP Smile

Teacuphiccup · 23/04/2018 22:06

I think you may be right soup

It’s hilarious how much we’ve all been looking for it, we looked far less when the stone fell out of my engagement ring.

You know that she won't even entertain the new ones!

My cousin in the US had exactly this. She moved recently and carefully packed everything to make sure "cat stuff" came out first. She is so ordered and methodical. But the favourite toy didn't make it. After nearly a year of trying ShockBlush, she found a substitute.
