Super fussy cat... Help?

My cat is extremely fussy. Won't touch most cat good (and believe me, I've tried everything from Whiskers to Lillys kitchen). She was eating Felix as good as it looks but now won't touch it. Eats a small amount of Purina One kitten food (won't touch any of the adult varieties) but will happily eat Dreamies.

I've tried the royal canin for fussy cats and she wasn't keen on it... What else can I try?

She has a clean bill of health from the vets.

My kitten (now cat) would only touch Hills Science Plan wet food (in gravy). Dry food he was a little less fussy. He'd also eat the Lily's kitchen terrines. Absolutely nothing else.
I'm now moving him onto cat food (rather than kitten food) - the main problem is he likes stuff in gravy, not jelly, but he prefers fish... which doesn't come in anything other than jelly for most brands.
What has helped him (weirdly) is if I have added some water to his wet food (yes, his wet food) to make a sort of cat food soup (blech), he will have at least some of it.

I sympathise - fussy cats are annoying (much as I love him)

If gourmet is the little gold tins she won't touch them either.

You could also try lightly warming the wet food e.g. popping the pouch in a jug of warm water for 30-60 seconds. Not so the food is hot, just very slightly warmer which makes it smell better for them (apparently! - me, I hold my breath to avoid it!). You could crush up a couple of dreamies and sprinkle on the wet food too. These tricks have helped keep my old cat eating when he's been off food.

My younger cat is really fussy and currently eating mainly fish - just regular frozen white fish fillets baked in the oven for half an hour. I usually buy the 3 for £10 packs from Iceland but all the supermarkets stock similar. She will eat 2 of these a day (plus biscuits always available for grazing - was RC Exigent savour ones, but they both now seem to be prefering Applaws). Buying fish sounds extravagant but only works out the same as the more expensive cat food. The vet is ok with this approach too.
