I appreciate this may be a silly post but in need of some reassurance please.

Whilst playing tonight a rubber bouncy ball hit my 9month old kitty - I think it was her nose or brow. She was a bit shocked afterwards & then scared of the toy. Since she's been a little off, she seems sad & not herself.

She has eaten & has played a little bit is generally just sleeping. I've checked her over & can't see any swelling or bumps. Her eyes seem ok & she's focusing on things ok.

I just feel awful 😭 is there anything else i should be looking out for?

No they get over it. It must’ve been quite a shock. Ours got hit with one of them rolling down the stairs and even now draws his head back and closes his eyes if a toys coming down stairs towards him. Even ping pong balls.

She's pissed with you and plotting her revenge Grin
Get some foam ones.

Oh she's definitely been planning her revenge! Just pounced on my from under the cupboard & is now going crazy as we get ready for bed....could be a long night ahead!! 😂😂😂 the offending toy has been removed from the toy box. Thanks for the reassurance both 😘

Unfortunately, they never forget. Sounds like she's OK, if a little embarrassed Grin
