Having some emergency building work done that was arranged v last minute and have 2 indoor cats who cannot go outside for medical reasons. Builders going in and out constantly. Can't put them in a cattery as too short notice and also they hate it. Have to be out all day today so have had to shut them in DS's room with food, water and litter. They are scratching and howling at the door like they are possessed.

They will be OK won't they?!?!

Oh dear! I know it's upsetting for them and you but it can't be helped and they are safe and warm and have everything they need.
They will be fine! ((((((hugs))))))

AjasLipstick · 10/04/2018 08:22

Yes they will. They're just very, very angry with you right now. Grin

Poor things...you're doing what's right by them.

But expect revenge.

PancakeBum · 10/04/2018 08:24

They're used to having the run of basically everything. They're horrifically pampered Blush

They will be fine. You may not, once they've taken their revenge, but they will be so all's ok!

Emma198 · 10/04/2018 09:23

They'd probably be in a smaller space in a cattery. Just look out in and under DS bed for protest poos!

PancakeBum · 10/04/2018 09:32

Well I've left them to it. No doubt they'll destroy the door and piss in the cot.

Did you put the tree in there?

PancakeBum · 11/04/2018 10:04

The cat tree? I did indeed.

Anyway they hadn't pissed on the floor but they had ripped up the carpet by the door...
