Litter tray for large cat

Hello,
We will be collecting our ragdoll soon, obviously he’s going to be small and kitten like for a while but I’d like to get a decent size tray in preparation. I’m going tray blind looking through reviews on ZooPlus.
Can anyone recommend a tray? I’d like a covered one ideally but from looking at reviews leaking seems to be a problem. Is it best to just get uncovered?

We have a Modkat for our large and dim Maine Coon.

I've got a large top entry one from zooplus. It's similar to Modkst, but 1/2 the price. It's brilliant!

Ooh can I ask what size you have MrsShaden? I also have a MC and thought they might be too small. I just have a large open tray (Pets at Home), but she does kick litter everywhere...

We have a Beco one, with a splash guard. It’s biodegradable, made of bamboo and rice. It’s so heavy and big and sturdy and my big fat cat and the skinny one are fine using it. Didn’t want covered as they are old cats and would struggle.

Bought it from ocado btw

I think they only have one size? Anyway it is big enough. He sticks his head out the top and stares fixedly ahead when he is using it. Sometimes he sits on the top and craps through the hole!

I recommend this one for £10.00 from Pets at home make sure you get the Jumbo one. www.petsathome.com/shop/en/pets/cat/cat-litter/cat-litter-trays/rimmed-cat-litter-tray-p4619--1.
One of my cats is massive and he uses that fine and no wees or worse over the side. Also I put it on a bed of newspaper and scoop out waste onto that.
